Yoshiki Nagaoka

CEO of Tokyo Branch/ Co-founder of Green Energon

Born in Asaka, Saitama, Japan, Prefecture, Yoshiki Nagaoka is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in sales, business development, and solid-state battery technology.

Education:

• Graduated from Saitama Prefectural Kawagoe High School.

• Earned a degree from Meiji University’s Faculty of Law.

Professional Experience:

• ASKUL Agency Company – Participated as a founding member of the office supply e-commerce business while still at university.

  • • As a business manager, built a sales organization developing 8,000 mid-to-large-sized companies and grew the business to ¥20 billion in sales.

    • Led the company to No.1 ranking at the ASKUL Agent Awards for six consecutive years, recognized among 1,400 companies in Japan.

• SalesLink Co.,Ltd. (Founded in 2017) – Established the company and became Representative Director, supporting sales in fintech, telecommunications, and SaaS.Successfully scaled sales explosively for the companies supported.

• A Holdings, Inc. (Founded in 2022) – Founded the company and became President & CEO, focusing on solid-state battery development, manufacturing, and sales.

• gf.Z Co., Ltd. (Founded in 2022) – Established as a joint venture with GF Group, a major apparel logistics company, and became President & Representative Director.

David Ching Heng Hoe

David Ching Heng Hoe brings over 38 years of work experience in multiple disciplines

Current Role:

• CEO of ONG&ONG Hanoi.

Education:

• Bachelor of Architecture (First Class Honours) – Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).

• Postgraduate Diploma – Bartlett School of Architecture & Planning, University College London (UCL).

Career Highlights:

• Former Director of Planning & Development at Jurong Bird Park (1989–1995).

• Collaborated with BEP Malaysia, Chartered Architects Malaysia, and Chua Ka Seng Singapore.

• Established a full-fledged multi-disciplinary firm in Ho Chi Minh City in 2007.

• Led the main contracting of a 1,500-unit social housing development in Danang City.

• Extensive experience working in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Lao, Cambodia, Myanmar, China and India.

• Current Director of Mekong Region for Pacific Basin Economic Council PBEC.

Yasuo Kawasaki

For the past 25 years, Yasuo Kawasaki has been active as a trusted advisor to various top companies and managers in Japan, not only in the supply chain management field but also as a data scientist. His work spans a wide variety of industries, including high-tech, distribution, consumer goods, and food industries. What makes him great is not only his logical thinking, but also the fact that he has original ideas. This may be because he had the opportunity to experience various countries and cultures from an early age, and also took both liberal arts and science courses at university, developing the ability to see and judge things from various perspectives.
